It’s a pattern of daily behaviours that are lowering your energy and affecting your mood.

Anxiety Can Feel Overwhelming — But It’s a Pattern You’ve Learned

If your mind feels busy…racing…like you can’t switch off…
If your body feels tense…on edge…or constantly “on”…
It can feel like something is wrong with you.
But anxiety isn’t something you have. It’s something your system is doing.
Anxiety is your unconscious mind trying to protect you. 
It’s sending a signal — based on what it has learned is important or threatening.
The problem is…it can run that response automatically, even in situations where it’s no longer helpful
Every anxious state is created through a pattern:

- What you’re focusing on (FOCUS)
- What you’re saying to yourself (LANGUAGE PATTERNS)
- What your body is doing (PHYSIOLOGY)
These happen quickly…and outside of your awareness.

learn and repeat patterns.
